The truth is, bouncing on a mini-trampoline is one of the quickest ways to build muscle mass and improve overall strength and fitness levels in one single exercise session. This is because the body works twice as hard to defy gravity (as well as the forces of acceleration and deceleration) when bouncing on a mini trampoline, and this has an impact on every cell, muscle and organ in the body.

In fact, NASA scientists discovered that regular rebounding (for just 10 minutes at a time), requires more effort than jogging or running but with no negative impact on the joints.

Here’s everything you need to know about the bounti Beginners Programme: 

8 weeks – broken up into 56 at-home rebounding sessions (One session per day for 7 days a week)

What you need to get started: 

  • A rebounder
  • A good Wi-Fi connection
  • A computer/laptop/tablet 
  • Some basic equipment such as 1kg dumbbells, a long resistance band, small Pilates ball, a mat

We will be hosting the programme on a platform that allows you to do the workout any time in the day. 

You can also expect exclusive tutorials sent directly to your inbox with the following info: 

  • The (many) benefits of rebounding. 
  • How to set up and maintain your rebounder. 
  • A guide on the basic pieces of equipment you’ll need for the duration of the programme and why we use them.
  • Workout tips and tricks to get the most out of your time on your rebounder.
  • Videos on weekly progressions that we will do together so that you understand all the whys and hows.

Please note: Although it’s not compulsory, it’s advised to complete as many rebounding sessions per week as laid out in the programme. This will help to gradually build your strength and endurance so that you feel comfortable and confident to finish a 60-minute class by week 8! If you miss an online session, it’s gone for good. In other words, you won’t be able to make it up, so it’s important to sign up and show up!

Beginners Exercise Kits

  • 1 x pair 0.5kg black steel weights
  • 1 x Pilates ball grey (25cm)
  • 1 x long bounti blue band
  • 1 x Mini Infinity Bands
NOTE: These weights are designer items that need to be utilized with care. If you drop them or they come into contact with another object, they may scratch/chip. But, scratches, blotches, and even surface level rust are common through general wear and tear on these hand-weights. All of this has no impact on the usage and technical aspects of the product. We think it’s even sexier once they have that used grainy look :) Please handle them with care and ensure you wipe them down (dry) after each workout. If you’re concerned with rust then application of linseed oil, found at most hardware stores, is an option but be careful of slippage after application.
