Intermediate level upwards
“My classes are between 50 and 60 minutes long and vary between
intermediate and advanced levels. I incorporate movements both on and off the rebounder to create a more dynamic session. I sprinkle in some pilates and barre principles and movements to each session, and you will often hear me speaking about good technique. The music selection is my favourite part of class planning and will generally determine the look and feel of each class. My music
selection is upbeat, but you will also find some golden oldies not heard in
ages!
Classes with me are fast-paced and include a combination of cardio, strength, balance and mobility all bundled into a high energy session.
