Although it does have a beginner level, BEFORE doing the bounti GLO Programme, we strongly suggest that you have a foundational level of rebounding fitness already established. For this reason, we recommend that you complete either the bounti Foundation Programme or the bounti Beginner’s Programme prior to doing the bounti GLO Programme.

Introducing the bounti GLO Programme, a progressive and transformative rebounding fitness journey, specially targeted towards ladies aged in their late 50s to 60s! bounti GLO is brought to you by phenomenal bounti instructor and rebounding advocate, Silvia Miles.

GLO stands for “Gorgeous Ladies Owning”, and is all about ladies of this age group, who are going through challenging life changes, taking back control and empowering themselves through optimising their wellness and quality of life well into their older years!

bounti GLO workout are intense, resulting in a high calorie burn, depending on how much you want to exert yourself. In each workout, there is a warm-up segment and a cool-down segment, which focuses on specific stretches to alleviate stiffness and release tension.

Silvia has invested considerable effort into curating a collection of appropriate tracks, with bouncing to the beat of the music being a central component of the programme. The same playlists for each workout are utilised, with Silvia adding more songs to each playlist as the fitness level, and length of the workouts, increase.

bounti GLO gives you full, comprehensive workouts, in convenient, time-efficient sessions:

  • Beginner workouts are 20 minutes in length
  • Intermediate workouts are 30 minutes in length
  • Advanced workouts are 45 minutes long

 When you participate in the GLO sessions, you can expect a full-body strength and cardio workout that targets your core, legs, arms and abs and cardio, with the occasional use of weights. You will not only burn calories; you will build strength and get fitter! The routines help to develop and maintain muscle mass, keeping your metabolism at an optimal level.

As you go, Silvia will incorporate equipment to progress your fitness and strength, and provide more of a challenge, including: 

  • A set of lighter dumbbells (0.5kgs, 1kg or 1.5kgs, depending on what is most suitable for you)
  • A set of heavier dumbbells (3kgs, or whichever heavier weight is most suitable for you)
  • Wrist weights at 500g each
  • Weighted body bar, at a weight that is suitable and manageable for you
  • Small halo-shaped weight
  • Mini Pilates ball
  • Ankle weights (optional)

 What to expect from each of the 10 workouts for each fitness level:

  • Workouts 1 to 3 - “Basic Workouts”: Full-body sessions, with a contemporary sound track.
  • Workouts 4 to 6 - “Core Workouts”: Heavier weights are introduced, and a lot of attention is given to building core strength. The music takes you back to the 70s and 80s, so they bring should back a lot of fond memories and nostalgia!
  • Workouts 7 to 9 - “Cardio Plus Workouts”: Focus on building cardio fitness. These workouts will make you sweat, with the music being more fast-paced and modern.
  • Workout 10 - “bounti Favourites”: Includes all of Silvia’s favourite moves and songs!
